Tool Tackle LLC (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://tooltackle.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

NOTE: ALL DIMESIONS & POUNDS ARE ROUNDED UP TO ACCOUNT FOR PACKING AND OTHER COSTS.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout for both domestic & international shipping. These cost vary depending on location and product size. 

3. Returns

 

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Tool Tackle LLC expedites the return process for vendors. Email us at the appropriate email with your correspondences to start the process. You can also call us at 610-550-0678 between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST to start the process. Tool Tackle will notify the vendor about the request and we will notify you and give you instructions on next steps in the process. If vendor disputes the return request we will initiate the Integrity Inspection Team process to expedite the Return Merchandise Authorization request. You can see those steps below.

ALL RETURN REQUSTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 Days of delivery to customer address or you forfeit the opportunity for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Auction items have a 7 day return policy and will follow the instructions here in. If a request is not made within these terms then the option to return merchandise is forfeited by customer. Also, note all merchandise with a condition of salavage is as is no returns accepted. 

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.  And a valid tracking number be sent to appropriate email listed below with all the return information. Tool Tackle LLC is not responsible for damages or loss of parcel caused by courier(s)(Please read #6 Parcels Damaged in transit.). All return transactions may be subject to an inspection process by our Integrity Inspection Team (IIT) if buyer or seller so choose to employ this option because for any dispute. This helps collaborate the integrity of transactions between sellers and buyers. We think this is a fair and balanced approach to internet sales unlike other platforms with policies that unintentionally invite scammers and criminals into their platforms.  The integrity inspection process allows us to protect the buyer and the seller both from fraudulent activities and other attacks. In turn Integrity inspection allows us to eliminate and block those attacks in the future.  If vendor and seller agree to the return then the (IIT) option will not need to be employed for the transaction.

In a case where the Integrity Inspection Team (IIT) is not needed. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed for refund of the cost of goods. It will be charged back to the customers card. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. For Military address shipments please read 4.6.

HOW (IIT) WORKS

This is an option available only when a seller and buyer can not come to an agreement on a return merchandise authorization. Sellers are welcome to honor a return request and opt out of the Integrity Inspection Team option. However, if seller and buyer can not come to an agreement on a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization the parties will need to follow the steps below. The Integrity Inspection Team is a mandatory next step for unresolved Return Merchandise Authorization. The seller and the buyer must not circumvent this protection in any way as agreed in Terms and Conditions. It is meant to protect buyer & sellers and our platform. If you can not agree: please leave the website immediatley; (IIT) is mandatory and the steps below must be applied for the return (RMA) process.

Integrity Inspection Team Option & how it works:

1) Seller and buyer can not come to an agreement on a return request

2) Buyer sends Merchandise to (IIT) for the Integrity Inspection audit process

3) Funds will be put on hold until the process is expedited

4) Buyer & Seller will send all details about there claim with any evidence they deem applicable to IIT

5) The (IIT) Integrity Inspection Team will use all information from both parties to make a final decision

6) Tool Tackle will send back all returns using the cheapest shipping method available unless otherwise requested by the buyer or seller

     If the buyers claim is justified:

  • The buyer will receive a full refund of total amount paid for product plus original shipping cost if any
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer
  •  Seller will provide a pre-paid label according to appropriate weight, dimentions and location that will be sent to seller so Tool Tackle can ship the product back to the seller

      If seller is justified:

  • Seller will receive all the money on hold for the purchased product
  • Buyer will provide a pre-paid label according to appropriate weight, dimensions and location that will be sent to the buyer so Tool Tackle can ship the product back to the buyer
      Important: If an appropriate prepaid return shipping label with product information is not sent to iit@tooltackle.com within 30 days of Integrity Inspection Team decision sent via email on file to both buyer and vendor then the customer(s) will forfeit the merchandise and Tool Tackle LLC will take possesion as new owners and dispose of merchandise any way they deem appropriate.

Integrity Inspection Team decisions are unchangeable and non-disputable. Buyer & Seller will have no opportunity to appeal any decision made by the Tool Tackle (IIT) when this (IIT) option for refund requests is chosen. The (IIT) &  Tool Tackle service(s) for Integrity Inspection Teams wants to encourage sellers & buyers to work out their disputes and make this option a last resort. By agreeing to the terms & conditions all users of service(s) on this website agree to this non-negotiable option and its terms of use here-in and all other content on this page and links. 

Note: For regular return options outside of the (IIT) option follow the steps below.

 HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

1) Call Customer service during normal business hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time

2)Send an email to returns@tooltackle.com with detailed information concerning the returned item for processing.

3) Write the return merchant authorization (R.M.A.) on the outside of parcel. Buyer pays return shipping.

4) Adhere the return shipping label on parcel and drop off at courier of choice.

5) Send return to the address given to you by customer service via email

6) Send tracking number to returns@tooltackle.com (for warranty issues send information to warranty@tooltackle.com)

7) Make sure you have received the return order number to be written on returned parcel before you return the merchandise or it will not be accepted.

Note: Warranty returns will be handled the same as stated in the steps 1-7 above. IIT returns shall be handled using the iit@tooltackle.com email only. Regular return processes shall use the returns@tooltackle.com only. For warranty returns use the warranty@tooltackle.com email only. If correspondences are not sent to appropriate listed emails they will not be expidited and Tool Tackle LLC will be held harmless. 

3.2 Warranty Returns

Tool Tackle LLC will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within said warranty listed in description at time of purchase. Proof of reciept is required for all warranty returns.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Tool Tackle LLC to process your warranty claim within 30 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive:

(a) refund to your payment method

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days. Unless a quicker option is available at purchase.

In a case where items shipped are coming from a warehouse or distribution center located outside the lower 48 U.S. shipping times will be longer in those cases. Anytime you make a purchase you can check your tracking number once its been uploaded for a more accurate delivery time.

Vendor will upload a tracking number for all purchases so check your tracking number for more accurate delivery times. Tracking numbers can take a few days to upload we appreciate your patience.

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier and location. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when tracking is uploaded.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment of order.

Our Office operates Monday – Friday 9am to 4pm EST during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Holidays and weekends do not count as official business days. Any orders purchased after 11 am EST will be processed the following business day, unless it falls on a holiday or weekend outside of normal business hours. For instance if you order a product at 11:30 am Friday then the order will be considered for processing on Monday the first business day.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are unable to change the address at any time. So make sure you provide the correct address at checkout.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Tool Tackle LLC will not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO Address or freight forwarders. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations. 

4.6 Military Address Shipping

.We are able to send to any address if allowable by its agents. This is buyers responsibility. Please make the calls to confirm merchandise can be sent to location because once the address is in checkout it can not be changed and a refund will not be processed in instances where its refused once sent.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock or refund the money for the out of stock item.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Tool Tackle LLC encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. The duties and taxes are listed in the international checkout option. If you do not see them listed at checkout or customs requires you pay more to recieve merchandise you are required to pay:

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Tool Tackle LLC at the customers expense and no refunds will be issued. 

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are unable to cancel orders. So you will be required to send the purchased merchandise back to seller and pay the return shipping.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

We want to protect you as a buyer and as a seller.

Tool Tackle LLC and its vendors will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resale condition. We understand buyers remorse and accidents happen. All refunds are at the sole discretion of Tool Tackle LLC. For those who purchase merchandise with a condition of salvage we do not offer any returns on these items. Please see “our product types” in footer on home page.

(Tool Tackle LLC) will refund or deny with explanation and evidence, the value of the goods returned once inspected by Integrity Inspection Team (IIT). Buyers and Sellers can finally rest assure and trust that their being protected against bogus listings, false claims and theft.  Again, this is an option available only when a seller and buyer can not come to an agreement on a return dispute. Sellers are welcome to honor a return request and opt out of the Integrity Inspection Team option. 

Integrity Inspection Team Option & how it works:

1) Seller and buyer can not come to an agreement on a return request

2) Buyer or seller can request merchandise be sent to (IIT) for the Integrity Inspection process

3) Funds will be put on hold until the process is expedited

4) Buyer will send the merchandise to (IIT) for inspection with the claim and any evidence they feel will help their claim

5) The (IIT) Integrity Inspection Team will use all information in the seller listing and pictures as well as buyer evidences to make a fair and balanced decision.

6) If the buyers claim is justified:

  • The buyer will receive a full refund of total amount paid plus all shipping costs: These shipping costs include:
  • The cost to ship if any was paid upon the purchase of the merchandise.
  • The cost to ship product to (IIT)
  • The cost for (IIT) to ship back to the seller. This cost goes to Tool Tackle. (IIT) will choose cheapest option available to ship back to vendor.

      If seller is justified:

  • Seller will receive all the money on hold for the purchased product.
  • Buyer will not be refunded for the cost of shipping to (IIT).  
  • The cost to ship back to buyer will be charged to the buyer. The return to buyer shipping will be paid before returned to buyer (instruction on how will be sent in email). HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

1) Call Customer service during normal business hours: 9am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time

2)Send an email to returns@tooltackle.com with detailed information concerning the returned item for processing.

3) Write the return merchant authorization (R.M.A.) on the outside of parcel.

4) Adhere the return shipping label on parcel and drop off at courier of choice.

5) Send return to the address given to you by customer service via email

6) Send tracking number to returns@tooltackle.com (for warranty issues send information to warranty@tooltackle.com)

7) Make sure you have received the return order number to be written on returned parcel before you return the merchandise or it will not be accepted.

Note: Warranty returns will be handled the same as stated in the steps above.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Tool Tackle LLC will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within said warranty listed in description at time of purchase.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Tool Tackle LLC to process your warranty claim within 30 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days. 

In a case where items shipped are coming from a warehouse or distribution center located outside the lower 48 U.S. shipping times will be longer in those cases. Anytime you make a purchase you can check your tracking number once its been uploaded for a more accurate delivery time. 

Please note we are experiencing longer processing times than normal. Normally orders are sent out within 1 to 3 business days but we appreciate your patience and understanding if times go a bit longer. 

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment of order. 

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday 9am to 4pm eastern time during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Holidays and weekends do not count as official business days. Any orders purchased after 11 am eastern time will be processed the following business day, unless it falls on a holiday or weekend outside of normal business hours. For instance if you order a product at 11:30 am Friday then the order will be considered for processing on Monday the first business day.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are unable to change the address at any time. So make sure you provide the correct address at checkout.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Tool Tackle LLC will not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO Address or freight forwarders. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

.We are able to send to any address if allowable by its agents. This is buyers responsibility. Please make the calls to confirm merchandise can be sent to location because once the address is in checkout it can not be changed and a refund will not be processed in instances where its refused once sent.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock or refund the money for the out of stock item.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Tool Tackle LLC encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Tool Tackle LLC at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping & 20% restock fee once package arrives back to warehouse. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are unable to cancel orders. So you will be required to send the purchased merchandise back to seller and pay the return shipping. 

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Although we trust our customers and understand most people are honest.  Tool Tackle LLC reserves the right to report any fraudulent claims on returns and warranties to local authorities. Fraudulent claims are considered theft by deception. Although this is not a practice businesses like to handle it is unfortunately, in this day and age needed in some instances. We want to protect you as a buyer and as a seller.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and the vendor will choose which options for their merchandise will be acceptable for shipping. Flat Rate, Weight Based, and real time rates are a few that may or may not be available at checkout. It is at the sole discretion of vendor what shipping options they would like to use that are available to them.

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Tool Tackle LLC and its vendors will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resale condition. We understand buyers remorse and accidents happen. All refunds are at the sole discretion of Tool Tackle LLC. For those who purchase merchandise with a condition of salvage we do not offer any returns on these items. Please see “our product types” in footer on home page.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.  And a valid tracking number be sent via email to vendor & returns@tooltackle.com. Tool Tackle LLC is not responsible for damages or loss of parcel caused by courier(s)(Please read #6 Parcels Damaged in transit.). All returns & canceled transactions may be subject to an inspection process by our Integrity Inspection team (IIT) if buyer or seller so choose to employ this option for any dispute. This helps collaborate the integrity of transactions between sellers and buyers. We think this is a fair and balanced approach to internet sales unlike other platforms with policies that invite scammers and criminals into their platforms.  The integrity inspection process allows us to protect the buyer and the seller both from fraudulent activities and other attacks. In turn Integrity inspection allows us to eliminate and block those attacks in the future.  Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed for refund of the cost of goods. It will be charged back to the customers card. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. For Military address shipments please read 4.6.

(Tool Tackle LLC) will refund or deny with explanation and evidence, the value of the goods returned once inspected by Integrity Inspection Team (IIT). Buyers and Sellers can finally rest assure and trust that their being protected against bogus listings, false claims and theft.  Again, this is an option available only when a seller and buyer can not come to an agreement on a return dispute. Sellers are welcome to honor a return request and opt out of the Integrity Inspection Team option. 

Integrity Inspection Team Option & how it works:

1) Seller and buyer can not come to an agreement on a return request

2) Buyer or seller can request merchandise be sent to (IIT) for the Integrity Inspection process

3) Funds will be put on hold until the process is expedited

4) Buyer will send the merchandise to (IIT) for inspection with the claim and any evidence they feel will help their claim

5) The (IIT) Integrity Inspection Team will use all information in the seller listing and pictures as well as buyer evidences to make a fair and balanced decision.

6) If the buyers claim is justified:

  • The buyer will receive a full refund of total amount paid plus all shipping costs: These shipping costs include:
  • The cost to ship if any was paid upon the purchase of the merchandise.
  • The cost to ship product to (IIT)
  • The cost for (IIT) to ship back to the seller. This cost goes to Tool Tackle. (IIT) will choose cheapest option available to ship back to vendor.

      If seller is justified:

  • Seller will receive all the money on hold for the purchased product.
  • Buyer will not be refunded for the cost of shipping to (IIT).  
  • The cost to ship back to buyer will be charged to the buyer. The return to buyer shipping will be paid before returned to buyer (instruction on how will be sent in email).
