3) Write the return merchant authorization (R.M.A.) on the outside of parcel.

7) Make sure you have received the return order number to be written on returned parcel before you return the merchandise or it will not be accepted.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days.

Please note we are experiencing longer processing times than normal. Normally orders are sent out within 1 to 2 business days but we appreciate your patience and understanding if times go a bit longer.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
